Spot Removal

Act Quickly - The longer the stain is allowed to remain, the harder it is to remove.

Remove as much excess stain as you can by blotting, scraping or brushing whatever will come off. A towel or a spoon work best for this.

Apply warm, not hot, water to the stained area and blot until the stain stops transferring to the cloth.

Use the appropriate spot remover and always do a test spot removal on a portion of the carpet that is not normally visible.

Always work from the outer edges toward the center of the spot when cleaning to keep the stain from spreading.

Repeat steps, if necessary, and always blot between steps with a clean white cloth.
